If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may exchange return your product(s) for any Byme Skincare products upon receiving the item within 60 days of the purchase date.
The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for online purchases of Byme Skincare via www.bymeskincare.com. If you have purchased the products from a retailer, or other website, you will be subject to their returns policy.
Please contact Customer Service at enquiry@bymeskincare.com to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
To ensure a timely refund, please ship the products back to us within 2 calendar weeks of receiving the RMA#. Once we receive and check your products, you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price, minus a 30% fee for administration costs. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Place the item in its original box packaging and use the original package to ship your product.
- Clearly label the outside of the package (under the return address) with your RMA number obtained from Byme Skincare Customer Service representative.
- Returned products must contain more than 50% of the product. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please retain your shipping receipt as reference. We will not be responsible for any return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Return Refunds and Store Credits
We will issue a 70% refund of the original purchase amount for any item that you return, if received within 30 days of the purchase date. Between 31-60 days from the purchase date, you will receive your refund in the form of a store credit, valid for 6 months.
The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right not to accept the return beyond 60 calendar days from the purchase date, and will not be issuing any cash nor store credit refunds.
It takes up to 10-14 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a store credit. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
